Nicholas has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. He became interested in pursuing a career in construction while working for his father's company, JDM Construction. In addition to completing his Wisconsin Carpenter's Apprenticeship at Chippewa Valley Technical college. In 2004, Nicholas decided to venture out on his own and began to establish Rhom Construction LLC into what it is today, a family owned and operated company, looking to serve the Northwest region of Wisconsin in a wide variety of construction needs. While Nicholas handles project management/estimating he has a crew of talented carpenters that handle field operations.

Penny Gehrke, Office Manager, brings 20+ years of office experience to the group. Penny can help you with accounting questions and make sure all your needs are met by connecting you to the right person.
Penny lives in Owen with her husband and enjoys camping in the summer.

Anthony Beaver, has been with Rhom Construction LLC for over 3 yrs now. Tony lives locally in Altoona, with his family. He works hard to keep everyone on task and brings his experience to the job.

Jeff Mohr has been with Rhom Construction LLC for a year now, recently moving to Eau Claire this past summer. His knowledge in all aspects of construction is utilized everyday.
